Engineering the Landed Cost module in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and building AI multi-agent automation for engineering and support workflows.
- Designed and built BugHealth360 — an AI-powered bug triage and deep-analysis platform for D365 F&O. A hub-and-spoke multi-agent system (Microsoft AutoGen v0.4 SelectorGroupChat) with 1 orchestrator + 8 specialized sub-agents and LLM-driven dynamic routing across a 4-phase analysis pipeline.
- Engineered a 14-signal weighted scoring engine, 4 MCP server integrations (Azure DevOps, Outlook, Teams, and a custom D365 metadata server) and a React 19 + Fluent UI v9 dashboard for BugHealth360 — served by a FastAPI backend with 30+ REST endpoints and live WebSocket agent streaming, evolved over 3 architecture iterations (Python → .NET 8 → FastAPI + AutoGen).
- Built the D365 metadata knowledge graph that powers form-to-team routing — indexing 197,996 artifacts (88K+ classes, 17K tables, 8.6K forms) across 310 packages with 70K+ cross-artifact relationships and natural-language lookup.
- Delivered Multi-LOT ID support for Goods-in-Transit (GIT) orders (Deliverable 1023669), a highly anticipated customer feature spanning 14+ files across cost allocation, inventory dimensions, GIT generation and receipt posting — fully backward compatible with single-LOT scenarios and covered by extensive tests.
- Shipped Impact Analysis and What-If Simulation for the Disruption Mitigation Agent, bringing proactive risk modeling to 12,000+ enterprise tenants with sandboxed, production-safe data.
- Fixed a critical Purchase Price Variance (PPV) defect by normalizing landed-cost and auto-cost allocations against item Price Unit (Qty), correcting inflated variance in financial postings; re-architected the ITMCostTransLookup form with precomputed SQL views for native filtering; resolved 7+ production IcMs and stack-ranked the deliverable backlog with the PM.
